Adam Foley has been in the trades since 2014, and in 2017 he started the remodeling company that everything here grew out of.

The longer he worked in people’s homes, the more he noticed how the big national bath companies were treating them: $20,000+ for a new shower, pushy salespeople, and the whole “let me call my manager” routine just to knock a few bucks off.

Adam’s a veteran, and that never sat right with him. So in 2024 he started Operation Bath to focus on bathrooms and do them the right way, at a price that’s actually fair.

Today we serve homeowners across Rockwall and the Dallas–Fort Worth area, and most of our projects come in at about half of what the big guys charge. We pay our installers better than pretty much anyone in the industry, because when you take care of your guys, they take care of your home.

Every shower gets water tested before we leave, every product comes with a lifetime manufacturer warranty, and we back our workmanship for five years.

Giving back is a big part of who we are, too. Our goal is to send 100 kids to Young Life camp every year, and a piece of every bathroom gets us closer.
